Agencies realize that if they don’t take care of their clients need, to have one sole vendor then someone else will.

Developing a partnership with a hospital system can be complicated, but if you take your time and develop a careful plan, then it isn’t has hard as looks. Tim Teague, BlueSky’s President, whose resume includes establishing a successful joint venture with a staffing agency and the Health Alliance in Cincinnati, Ohio, has written a High Level Vendor Management Questionnaire for staffing agencies to use as they evaluate their potential partnership with a hospital system. This should help the initial engagement an agency has with a hospital and is the first step in our six steps of becoming a Managed Service Provider for your client.
