Implementation starts with Discovery.
First, we’ll analyze your current business practices so we can configure BlueSky to work best for you.
We’ll schedule a kick-off call and ask a lot of questions to make the rest of the process as smooth as possible. You’ll meet your dedicated Training and Account Management teams and can ask questions!
Next, we'll start your Conversion.
If you’re switching to BlueSky from another vendor, we’ll get a data backup from your previous vendor so our Development team can map all your data to your shiny new BlueSky system.
If you have a smaller amount of data, we can do a simple import. If you’re just starting out, you get to skip to step 3. Lucky duck!
Finally, you'll start Training and designate a BlueSky Guru.
You’ll move through training at your own pace. Once you’ve completed all your Zoom trainings with your dedicated Trainer, we’ll hold your hand as you enter your own data and we’ll hang around through your first 2-3 payroll runs.
Then, your Account Manager takes over and can help if you ever get stuck.
There might even be a BlueSky Guru Graduation Gift. You’ll have to find out!
